Tiësto announces the launch of Musical Freedom’s new website

NEW YORK, December 19, 2012 – Tiësto’s label, Musical Freedom, announces the launch of the online home for his renowned Musical Freedom record label. To celebrate, Tiësto and Musical Freedom are offering the “Rage Mix” of the massive Showtek & Justin Prime “Cannonball” for free download on the site. was created to offer the best possible user experience for dance music fans. It’s the only place where fans can learn about each Musical Freedom artist and release through dedicated pages; stream the Musical Freedom catalog in its entirety and create custom playlists using an intuitive music player. also features a blog section which functions to not only update visitors on the label and its artists but also the dance music scene as it relates as a whole.


In designing, Musical Freedom sought the advice of the label’s artists and friends. They envisioned the site as being a place that represented the ideas and visions’ embodying all Musical Freedom artists and the final product is truly a team effort.


It’s been a massive year for Musical Freedom and the label’s closing it out with a string of hits including Alvaro “Make Me Jump,” Tiësto & Allure “Pair Of Dice,” Showtek & Justin Prime “Cannonball” and the just released R3hab & ZROQ – “Skydrop.” Keep visiting for information on new artists, music releases and user features.




Musical Freedom provides Tiësto with a vehicle to explore exciting new sounds from across dance music. From its initial release, Tiësto vs Diplo – “C’Mon” (clocking over 50 million YouTube views), the label has gone on to drop smashes from the likes of Dada Life, Hardwell, Nicky Romero, R3hab, Quintino, Showtek, Tommy Trash, and of course Tiësto himself.
