Fatboy Slim announces Carl Cox & Nero AMEX Stadium Gig

Fatboy Slim, the world-famous Brighton DJ, today announced a 23,000 gig at the Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club’s new stadium The AMEX Community Stadium. The gig is set to feature the other Brighton Techno legend that is Carl Cox, as well as Drum n Bass act Nero.

The gigs will take place on June 1st and June 2nd 2012, with £35 early bird tickets available on www.ticketline.co.uk from tomorrow for residents with a Brighton post code. Residents outside of Brighton will be allowed to buy tickets at a later date.

Carl Cox will play the Friday with Nero on the Saturday and an extended line-up yet to be announced, with both gigs starting at 3pm until 10.30pm. A raft of after parties at the City’s premier night-spots is expected.

Brighton football fans waved 10,000 specially-made Fatboy Slim flags as the superstar DJ made the announcement before the teams match with West Ham United with a little help from the stadium’s big screen before kick-off.
