Serge Devant ft. Taleen- 3am Eternal

Out of New York comes Serge Devant with a disco electro-house delight. From the deep bongo drums to the washy white noise effects and warm electric bass, Serge’s disco treat will have us cranking up the bass and wanting to dance the New York Hustle during working hours.

The track builds itself up to the breakdown that consists of powerful digital synths and subtle pulsating high-end-of-the-scale bassline riffs. In the breakdown we are greeted by smooth but powerful vocals with delay effects before it peaks with a heavier basslineSerge successfully remakes KLF’s 3am Eternal (Kopyright Liberation Front) and it’s a modern recreation, consisting of relentless energy and giving the track an edge.

It’s no surprise that serge has taken on a big challenge to not only re-create, but match the high standards set by KLF (who made it to top end of the charts back in the 90’s). However Serge has done well and only time will tell whether this peaks at the top of the charts.

But this track is much slower than anything Planet Perfecto ever put out, and as a result it’s not… View Article

Arty, Nadia Ali & BT – Must Be The Love (Official Music Video)

February 24, 2013

BT is a legend of Trance production, Nadia Ali is a legend of Trance vocals. Any team up between these two is bound to be good, but when you throw in relative newcomer but excellent producer Arty into the mix as well, are we witnessing collaborative genius or are too many cooks spoiling the broth?… View Article

Kirsty – Hands High (Afrojack Radio Edit)

February 23, 2013

Who is Kirsty? We don’t know either, but this looks like her attempt to crack the commercial dance scene and she’s enlisted the help of Afrojack who provides remix duties. Apparently Sander Van Doorn said “supporting!” and David Guetta said “huge!” Although we’d question how much thought they gave to their answers when questioned. The… View Article
