Different musical styles in dance music never fail to impress a hungry audience, especially those with a hankering for a certain style. It’s just like having a craving for a certain food that needs to be satisfied again and again. That craving is for Jacking. In terms of music Jacking is when you combine the average tempo of a (4/4) house music beat with Latino, African, and broken beat genres. Jacking is also a dance technique that requires the use of your torso to create a rippling effect whilst moving in time to the music.
The song is about the life of Java Guidi’s Berlin life. She has also teamed up with Extreme Fundamentalists, Keziah Jones and Yannick Aellen to make this quirky number, after meeting in a bar in Berlin. Java Guidi’s “Addicted” includes Jacking beats with explicit lyrics that will having you moving until you conquer the dance floor, before you realise you are “Addicted” to Jacking.
