The dance music scene has encountered many phases and trends throughout the decades. There’s some we will treasure, and some that shall remain in the past. From the acid house generation in to the glamorous 21st century, we experience an unexpected turn in the form of Drop The Lime. Bursting with rock ‘n’ roll, this track will have you swing dancing to electro. Luca Venezia has taken sampling to another level by combining harmonicas, blues guitars with pumping basslines and of course attitude.

Electro is like the chameleon of the music scene, it simply changes colour from time to time, bringing a fresh fruity burst of colours, some as hot as hell.

But this track is much slower than anything Planet Perfecto ever put out, and as a result it’s not… View Article

Kirsty – Hands High (Afrojack Radio Edit)

February 23, 2013

Who is Kirsty? We don’t know either, but this looks like her attempt to crack the commercial dance scene and she’s enlisted the help of Afrojack who provides remix duties. Apparently Sander Van Doorn said “supporting!” and David Guetta said “huge!” Although we’d question how much thought they gave to their answers when questioned. The… View Article
