Since Pong and Chakalaka, Wippenberg has gained almost legendary status. The tune which also came in the form of a remix by the notorious Tocadisco, carved it’s way through the dance music world leaving a forever lasting impression. Keen to follow up with an equally good tune, Wippenberg has left it nearly a year before his next release, in which he joins forces with Nic Chagall and Rank 1. The end result is an altogether more house-style affair. There’s plenty of strings here but really what we can’t help but wondering is if it had been an even better tune, had Wippenberg stuck to it himself. Let’s see what happens with the remixes…
