There are internationally renowned DJs, superstars perhaps, and then there’s Paul van Dyk, one of the most unique figures in 21st century dance music. The German music icon, who last November performed at Berlin’s German Reunification ceremony in front of world leaders and a television audience in their billions, makes his return to the UK this Sunday (30 May), for a unique show at London’s O2 Brixton Academy. The event will also feature Giuseppe Ottavani and another guest (to be announced). The London date kicks off van Dyk’s 10 Years Of VANDIT European tour, which began in Miami on 26 & 27 March at Space.

Who is Kirsty? We don’t know either, but this looks like her attempt to crack the commercial dance scene and she’s enlisted the help of Afrojack who provides remix duties. Apparently Sander Van Doorn said “supporting!” and David Guetta said “huge!” Although we’d question how much thought they gave to their answers when questioned. The… View Article
